Auto Credit Based on AquiliusEpic's EE Bobcat

The Bobcat is Epic Engineering's premier attack helicopter! Inconspicuous yet heavily armed for its size, the Bobcat is always ready to pounce!

Background

Intended as the fusion of a Westland Lynx-style fuselage with the full-on attack capabilities of a Ka-50 Black Shark, this helicopter is a modernisation of an older build.

Design

This coaxial rotor helicopter is too compact to act as a utility and attack craft at the same time. However, the compact frame does lend itself well to low-level attacks and ambushes. The extended suite of countermeasures can increase longevity against missiles, but avoiding other threats is up to the two-man crew.
The cockpit is equipped with a mix of modernised amenities as well as analog backups in case of damage.
The rotos are powered by a nearly 1780hp strong engine, pushing the machine to top speeds in excess of 300km/h.
Any sort of modern munition can be mounted to the external hardpoints thanks to this chopper's impressive lifting capabilities. Additionally, the chin-mounted rotary gun can be swiveled
.

Handling

This helicopter is extremely nimble and capable of any sort of aerobatic maneuver. However, it has been known that the helicopter can lock up when using full throttle and full collective at high speed. Also, be aware that this craft has no sort of gyro or flight assists from the factory. Feel free to add those via aftermarket modifications.
