M18 GMC 'Hellcat'

1,545 ProjectTank  7 months ago

No it's not made from the car company GMC! The M18 is a American tank destroyer that entered service in 1941 and was most famed for it's speed and firepower. Though no armour "which is 12mm to 25mm thick" the reason why they did this is to make it as fast as possible! Insert Eurobeat the tactics of using this TD is the shoot and scoot, which as you shoot the enemy you move to a new location and shoot again and repeat it. The 76mm gun is already deadly to German Panzers and the Tiger, and there was a 90mm 'Super Hellcat' which didn't see service. Controls: Pitch and Roll for driving and Yaw and Trim is turret control. Warning:Don't go to fast over bumps your tracks will break!

    Turret's too high and small.
    It's supposed to be large and flat.

    @AstonMartin145
    M36 Jackson was more of a "super wolverine", with similar stuff on the similar chassis.
    M18 Hellcat had its own chassis. M36 used a modified Sherman/M3 Lee suspension.

    @RailfanEthan @RailfanEthan I put 3 gyros in it "one on each side and ont on the top" and another one for the gun stabilizer
