XCA-1 (eXperimental Composite Aircraft, first) is an experimental aircraft, created in 1972 by Mitsubishi in JSR to test composite materials and new layout and aerodynamic solutions. The test results will be used to create the future S1M light fighter and the Euroasian Alliance attack aircraft.
