North America XB-70 Valkyrie Bomber

127k Hyperloop  6.4 years ago

XB-70 Valkyrie.

This is a 1:1 scaled model of the bomber.
This took me two weeks to build!!!
Features: Realistic nose, landing gears, wings, etc.

Instructions:
AG1 = Variable nose canopy and foldable wingtips
AG3 = Bomb bay doors
AG5,6 = Lights
AG8 = Active flight control (Deactivate at full speed)
VTOL-up = Thrust reverser (Not on the real one, just make taxing easier in game)
VTOL-down = Flaps
Trim = Trimmable Pitch (May need to trim up a bit when AG1 is on)

Takeoff tips:
Apply half flaps (VTOL-down)
5-10% power
Takeoff at 250kmh

Landing tips:
Apply full flaps (VTOL-down)
3-5% power

Quick facts about the XB-70:
The North American Aviation XB-70 Valkyrie was the prototype version of the planned B-70 nuclear-armed, deep-penetration strategic bomber for the United States Air Force Strategic Air Command. Designed in the late 1950s by North American Aviation, the six-engined Valkyrie was capable of cruising for thousands of miles at Mach 3+ while flying at 70,000 feet (21,000 m).

Thankyou for your supports and upvotes!!! This took me two weeks to build!!!

Like this plane and this build a lot. I'd upvote if I could! I have filled the bomb bay with Boom50's and a few Cleavers.
