Note

Taking off is tricky since you are captaining a flying boat for goodness' sake, before throttling up, set the trim to 50% below the centre of the trim slider, after which start throttling up to 100%, NEVER let the bow of the boat to lower down, keep the boat level with the horizon, once it stops accelerating or reaches 114kts (210km/h, for you land sailors) pitch up, never let the speed drop below 96kts (180km/h), keep the boat steady and once the hull is no longer in contact with the water, immediately set the trim to 0% centre and level the boat. Its max speed is tested at 260kts (500km/h) and stall speed of 83kts (155km/h) with full trim support. Landing is straight forward, just land it like any other plane, bows up, stern down, and cut throttle at contact.

Honestly, the largest concern on this project is not the awkward fuselage shape thanks to the experiences gained from the Beluga Project and the 238 Project, but rather the playability of it, if made too realistic, taking off is more than just a song and dance routine with careful orchestration, and careful engine tuning so its strong enough to take off but weak enough to not pull a Space Shuttle maneuver. I am glad that in just six days, the Princess is already seaworthy and airworthy, Sub-assembling all duplicate parts really helped, the cockpit panel has been used numerous times, and serviced all the projects after the A330 project, so to reduce and save time, and making ok cockpits.

After seeing the Comet Project flop in a spectacular fashion, I fear that any British Plane I build under any British Airline Colours would fail in a similar and blinding fashion, to combat this, at the same time built three aircraft in the week and since the majority of the parts are from other projects, its fast to build. Now the only thing to do is the livery.

Moor back astern is a term similar to pushback while on gate, its literally means to reverse while attached to a mooring or a dock

@ChisP, I use the DesignerSuite mod over the built in one, just like any blueprint, prompt the designer suite tab on ortho and instead of blueprints, open view with the custom screen shots, keep the ortho view on when sharing amd just align the camera with the picture.

@Tang0five Oh itd be the dream to live in BC, sadly no. I live in the heartland of Canada, where its ran over by a drug crisis and general ghetto aura. Though we have polar bears so thats something.

That sun set a long time ago my friend. Sometimes I think I was born in the wrong century. Still, BC eh...? Got to be a great place to live! @jelybaca

@Tang0five A Pan-Am livery would pan out the same, Its still a flying boat at the end of the day, or in the commonwealth 21:00 hours, because the day never ends.

I suspect you are of UK citisen, if so, please tell the Queen to dissolve the commonwealth so the sun can finally sink at the shorelines of British Columbia, thank you.
