S.E Industries have to deliver some cargo onboard for the SniperNavy because their crew experience scurvy and also weapons for possible enemies on sea, so S.E Industries designed a cargo plane that literally drop cargo from its cargo bay, then they introduced the Skyvan, the lightly armed cargo plane and highly defensive by its countermeasures, the flares.
