The Embraer 195 is the further stretch version of the Embraer 190, it is fitted with two underwing-mounted General Electric CF34-10E turbofan engines, customers can choose between 5 different variants (-10E5, -10E5A1, -10E6, -10E6A1, -10E7), each with different performance and capabilities. The engines are equipped with full authority digital engine control (FADEC). The fully redundant, computerized management system continuously optimizes the engine performance resulting in reduced fuel consumption and maintenance requirements.
