A simple settings preset that turns on anti-aliasing on mobile, a graphical feature disabled on iOS and android.
The feature encompasses a variety of techniques used to get rid of jagged edges on your screen which appear as a result of rectangular pixels forming non-rectangular shapes.
Here’s a guide on the installation, it’s largely the same between iOS and android
- Download the file.
- Go into the SimplePlanes folder, located in the files app on iOS under on my iPad/iPhone>Simpleplanes>settings, or your Simpleplanes location on android
- Delete a file called “settings”
- Place the new downloaded file in the SimplePlanes folder.
- Open SimplePlanes
- Enjoy the smoothness MSAA x8 brings
FOLLOW THIS GUIDE IF THE FILE IS NOT WORKING(Weird voice warning)
please note that anti-aliasing requires a large amount of resource (which is probably the reason the devs disabled it in the first place), please make sure you have a fairly powerful device before installation
Also I will not be held accountable for any damage this plug-in may cause for your mobile, you have been warned
ALSO this is only a settings file addon, which does not involve any modding, hence being iOS compatible.
Not only did you turn on AA, you also unlocked the frame rate and fixed the choppy menu. Bless you for this, truly. Last time I was this happy with SP, they added Overload!!

Possible to do the reverse and lower it for less lag?
I have it installed but I can't change my fps
@MrShenanigans no problem

@Kennneth (pin me)
Tip (only for android)
go to developer mode ignore if you have it enabled (how to activate: To enable Developer Options, open the Settings screen, scroll down to the bottom, and tap About phone or About tablet. Scroll down to the bottom of the About screen and find the Build number. Tap the Build number field seven times to enable Developer Options.) Then enable Force 4× MSAA (in accelerated rendering settings category) that will make the game smoother and then the Operating System won't need to choose which MSAA × it needs. By enabling that it will automatically know which MSAA × it needs.
Another Tip
To have normal ui or hud put ui size in the settings to 100%-125% to get normal hud size when playing.
@Kennneth it says video is unavailable and i coulnt download the mod
@Maxx2245 caps at 60 no matter how high i set it. Im using a phone with a 120 hz display
@Maxx2245 lemmie try it out
@FLOWRIDER0 I also made a quick demonstration video as proof, and I think the results speak for themselves: https://youtu.be/CgMkkbGcq2Y
@FLOWRIDER0 Have you gone into the settings and set the target framerate? I don't know about Android, but I was able to change the target to 60 on my iPhone 11 and it was significantly different.
а теперь верните мне исходные настройки xD
@Maxx2245 this does not unlock framerate just tested it on my razer phone 2 with a 120 hz display
Phone: Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime
Internal memory: 32GB
RAM: 3GB
Version: Oreo
GPU:Mali-T830MP1
Is that strong enough?
This is much better
@Kennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnneth ok
@Kennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnneth yo bro the new texture pack looks sick , keep up the good work:)))
@MrShenanigans use forge mod installer
