IJN Yor Forger was One-Shotted with a torpedo by USS Albacore, and damage control didn't know what they were doing, and they effectively vented fuel vapors and fumes to more areas of the ship... Air operations resumed in the dangerous condition, and 6½ hours after the torpedo hit, the Yor Forger suffered a massive explosion that separated the flight deck and the sides of the carrier.

IJN Yor Forger sank stern first...

Instructions:

1. Throttle to move
2. Brake to reverse
3. Ag. 1 for Dual puspose guns. (Vtol and trim to aim)
4. Ag. 2 for AA guns (Vtol and trim to aim)
5. Ag. 3 for crane (vtol and trim)
6. Ag. 4 for crane hook

Pro Tips:

1. Look out for enemy submarines
2. Make sure Damage Control knows what they're doing

Yes... Azur Lane's Taihou reminded me of Yor Briar/Forger from Spy x Family

I also know that Taihou and Akagi Never sailed together but they're the only Imperial Japanese Carriers I built.... Besides both carriers fight over Shikikan so yea
